Torinokaraage, miso soup, yasaitame and gohan from Japan!

This is japanese home cooking, Torinokaraage, which is japanese fried chicken. When you go to a japanese restaurant, they usually have this dish. Misou soup, which is misoshiru in japanese. The main paste of the soup is made out of soybeans. There are red, white and mixed miso paste. I particularly like white miso. Yasaitame is sauteed vegetables, very simple. Gohan means rice. Japanese cuisine is very healthy, requires lots of time to cook and lots of pots, pans and dishes to wash, but it is all worth it!
