Recipe: Vegetarian champignon cream soup!


This is the simplest soup to cook and taste simple, but delicious. We eat lots of soups in winter.

7 italian champignons
½ white oignon
½ cup cream
2 cups water
salt, pepper
little butter

1. Cook oignon and mushrooms in butter
2. add water, cook for about 20 minutes in medium heat and purée the soup
3. add cream, salt, pepper

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
Typ: Through this soup my children are learning to eat mushrooms.
