Recipe: Potatoes with cilantro, Batatas com Coentro from Portugal!

This recipe is from the book “Savoring Spain and Portugal” from Williams Sonoma. Their picture certainly looks better than mine, but I still enjoyed how I prepared them. Delicioso!
I used this recipe a lot when I cook fish! But you can just eat that as a salad, why not.

I used red potatoes, unpeeled, 7 potatos, cut in little pieces.
½ tsp butter
salt, pepper
Little cilantro (Koriander)

Mix all and ready!

Preparation: If you already have the potatoes boiled, then it is very quick. It takes about 10 minutes for Preparation and Cooking!
