Recipe: Japanese Teriyaki Sauce! Chicken meat.

This is very simple recipe and you can use this sauce in chicken, in your hamburger, vegetables and so on. You can make for example one cup (250ml) of sauce and use a little for your chicken, then store the rest in your refrigerator for your next time menu.
This is how I make.

Option 1: translation (german) (english) (french) (spanish)
¼ cup soya sauce
¼ cup sugar mixed with boiling water (little less than ¼ cup)

Mix all and you have your Teriyaki Sauce, important is that once your chicken is cooked, you add the sauce and check that your sugar does not burn.

Option 2:
¼ cup soya sauce
¼ cup sake
¼ cup mirin
(replace sugar) 2-3 TBSP honey (Esslöffel) (cuillère a soup)(cuchara)

Mix all and you have your Teriyaki sauce, important is that once your chicken is cooked, you add the sauce and mix, so that your honey melts.

Important: When all your ingredients are mixed, taste your sauce, if you think it is too salty, because of the soya sauce, then you can add more sugar, or more water. If your sauce is too sweet, then you can add more soya sauce or more water. The point is, you need to taste your sauce, BEFORE you put it in your pan and let it cook with your meat or vegetables.

Ingredients
When your chicken is gold brown, add your sauce, mix and cover, mix and cover
Et voilà
