A cuisine that should be introduced and marketed to the world, Laos cuisine. This recipe is from my friend Jack (when I met him, he used to live in Las Vegas, NV). To give you an idea, people from Laos eat rice with the hands. You take the rice with your right hand, then with your left hand you make little oval balls. Then you eat with the main dish. Let’s come back to my soup, the combination of the fish soup with the lemon juice, soya sauce, tofu and cauliflower was astonishing delicious. You should really try to taste this soup, easy to make and very healthy.
Based on 2 L water
2 or more cup Cauliflower (you can adjust the quantity based on your taste)
½ cup Tofu (you can adjust the quantity based on your taste)
1 TBSP lemon juice (Suppenlöffel) (cuchara de sopa)(cuillère à soupe)(大スプーン１杯)
½ tsp soya sauce (Teelöffel)(cucharita)(cuillère à café)(小スプーン半杯）
1 TBSP Fish stock (I used a powder fish stock from Japan, called Hondashi, but you can use any kind of fish stock, better if you can make your own soup with fish bones, they sell it for couple of cents in the chinese market, here in Emden, I have limited access to that, so I use the instant)
Cilantro (fresh is best, dry is okay) (Korianderblätter)(Coriandre)(コリアンダーリーブ）
1.cut cauliflower and tofu in little pieces
2.put cauliflower in cold water, boil, then add the fish stock and cook for about 10 to 15 minutes.
3.add tofu, lemon juice, soya sauce, salt and cook for another 5 minutes.

|cut tofu in cubes and add to the soup along with all other ingredients and cook for 5 minutes|
Preparation time: About 10 minutes
Cooking time: 15 to 20 minutes
