There are different versions on the “Goma Dressing” and I like the creamy version, where you taste the sesame without adding sesame oil. While here in Germany you soften with cream the flavours of the differents herbs and ingredients, such as mustard, oil, vinegar, in Japan, people prefer to soften flavours with milk, instead of cream.
I think I finally found my own recipe, I tried three times and the third one was the best.
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sesame, chopped
1/2 tsp. soja sauce
1 tsp. oil
1,5 tsp white wine vinegar
little mustard (not Dijon)
milk, to soften the dressing, about 1/6 cups
|Ingredients: You can add yoghurt and honey, but not necessary.|
1. crush the sesame as little as you can.
2. in a bowl or measuring cup, add all ingredients and at the end add the sesame.
3. add in the salad and mix well, wait about 15 minutes before you serve

Preparation time: 15 minutes (including the preparation of the salad)
Tip: you can add this dressing to Tofu or cooked vegetables, such as spinach.
