Recipe: Korean Bulgogi, marinated Beef ♪

Koreans enjoy eating lots of beef. If you go to a Korean restaurant, they always promote their Korean BBQ, right? The meat is usually marinated. This Bulgogi is marinated for maximum one hour. There are many recipes that are marinated for a day, starting with washing the meat and clean the meat for at least an hour.  In Korean cuisine, sesame, sesame oil, red pepper paste, garlic, ginger, scallions、pears are very common ingredients in their dishes. When I was working in this large hotel in Las Vegas, one of my co-worker brought me his wives Bulgogi, I had to have her recipe. I brought her piece of paper from Las Vegas to Emden. I cooked her recipe several times, it tastes very good, but I still cannot cook how she did…



I am sharing her recipe♪

1. Mix all ingredients and let it marinate for an hour in the refrigerator.

2. Cook in a pan, do not need extra oil.

Start making the marinate first, then add the meat.
you can always add more soy sauce, but then add mirin and sugar to neutralize the saltiness of the soy sauce.

Preparation and cooking time: Quick. Only the marinating takes time, you can cook as soon as you mixed the ingredients, but you will not have the same experience with the flavor.
