Recipe: Stir fried Bok Choy ♪

This is very simple. You do not need to boil the Bok Choy prior to frying. The point here is to stir fry, quick, add your ingredients and not let the vegetable be too long in your wok. To preserve the green color and all the vitamins that Bok Choy has is important to savour this chinese style sauté.
A lot of Chinese families would stir with oyster sauce as well. This recipe is very simple and the combination of the sesame oil, sesame seed, garlic and a little ginger with soy sauce blend with Bok Choy very well.
3 x Bok Choy, cut in pieces
1 tsp ginger, chopped
1 tsp garlic, chopped
½ tsp sesame oil
1 tsp soy sauce
salt
sesame seeds
Ingredients
1. in sesame oil, stir fry your ginger and garlic first.
2. then add bok choy and stir fry for less than 3 minutes.
3. before serving, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
