Recipe: Peach Cobbler ♪

I think this is my favourite recipe from the South, Peach Cobbler, there are other variation, like with apples for example. Every time I am in Kentucky, I have to have Peach Cobbler, if possible with vanilla ice cream. This is very sweet. Once you have the dough, you put below the peaches in the baking dish. While baking in the oven, the dough will cover the peaches. This tastes much better when you eat hot. Just when this comes out from the oven. This recipe is from Lisa, who manages her Facebook group “Simple Southern Recipes” She is very active posting recipes from the South.
