This is the green beans recipe that goes with the Poisson Meunière that I prepared on May 3rd.2013. The point is to boil for less than 5 minutes and immediately to put in cold water, to cut the cooking and to keep the green color.
Green beans, best the thin cut, parisien.
1. start by toasting your almonds.
2. boil water, add salt, add green beans, cook for 4 to 5 minutes, then immediately put green beans in cold water.
3. in butter, sauté green beans, add rest of ingredients, before serving, pour the almonds on top of the green beans.
Preparation and cooking time: Altogether about 10 minutes.
