Recipe: White wine chicken casserole !

This was one of the many dishes that my mother-in-law used to fix for the family. I learned to eat this, right when Ken was born. This dish helped for breast feeding.
Today, this is what we eat, when we want to eat comfort food.

(I made this dish in Emden, so you will recognize my kitchen there)

2 chicken breast, cut horizontally in 3 pieces, so you will have 6 pieces total
¼ cup white wine
white sauce (1TBSP butter, 1 TBSP flour and 1 cup milk=make roux and add milk, mix with whisk, add muscat)
¾ cup bread crumbs (mix with garlic powder, dry parsley, dry basil)
cheese, shredded
1. butter the baking dish and add chicken, salt, pepper.
2. add white wine and white sauce on top.
3. add bread crumbs and some pieces of butter on top.
4. Bake for 340F for about 45 minutes.
