Second meal and Recipe: Couscous with broccoli and salmon!

Have you read my recipe from yesterday? IF you have some leftovers, you can use the salmon and the sauce, for this second recipe. This is one of the many things I do, to keep my budget under control.

This is how much I used:

½ piece salmon from recipe: Salmon cutlets with mustard cream sauce.
½ cup half and half (half cream, half milk)
¼ cup vegetable stock
2 cups broccoli
¼ cup Israeli couscous
parmesan cheese
little salt, pepper

1. start cooking your couscous for 10 minutes. Set aside.
2. cook broccoli for 5 minutes.
3. in a pan, add salmon, the sauce, half and half, vegetable stock, broccoli and mix well together.
4. add couscous, mix, then sprinkle parmesan cheese and some salt and pepper if needed.
