One of the most, if not the most, healthiest “dipping” recipe, perfect for grilling in the summer, or just serving as an appetizer with some raw vegetables is also perfect.
Very easy to make. This recipe is from one of my networking contacts in Greece, Little Cooking Tips. The original recipe has red wine vinegar, I used white vinegar, some uses lemon instead.
200g Greek yoghurt
2-3 small persian cucumber, peeled, seeded
1 garlic, chopped
45ml olive oil
1TBSP white vinegar
3/4 tsp salt
5 gr. dill, chopped, only leaves
pinch of salt for cucumber
1. wash cucumber, cut them in little pieces, dry with paper
2. on top you add again olive oil
Perfect for the summer!
