For warm or cold salads, either way is good. The mix of fish sauce, sour, salty and sweet taste makes a taste that makes you feel you are in Vietnam…I used cabbage, some sliced onions, ginger and chicken.
chicken, onions, ginger, chicken (desired quantity)
3 tsp sugar
3 tsp fish sauce
1/2 of a lemon juice
1 tsp white vinegar
1 tsp soy sauce
Once you brown your chicken and cooked your veggies in the same pan, you can cook all the liquids in the pan, mix all together and that makes a beautiful simple salad!
