Recipe: Oatmeal with chia seeds

This is a recipe from Bolivia. Very healthy and a bowl of this recipe is all you need for your morning.

2 cups oatmeal

21/2 cups milk

salt

1/6 cup chia seeds

1/2 tsp butter

whipped cream

1. bring milk to boil, add oatmeal and add sugar, salt, mix.

2. slowly add chia seeds, mix, add butter.

3. before serving add a little whipped cream and mix.
