Another simple, quick and healthy recipe. With a bowl of Miso soup and a bowl of rice, this is perfect!
100 g porc meat, cut in thin slices
1/4 cabbage, shredded
1 bell pepper
1 small carrot
1 garlic clove
1 TBSP miso paste
1 TBSP soy sauce
1 TBSP sake
1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp chili paste
1. in sesame oil, brown meat, then add all the veggies except cabbage. Mix.
2. add miso paste, soy sauce, sake, sugar and chili. Mix for about 3 minutes.
3. add cabbage and stir fry for another 5 minutes. You want your veggies to be crunchy.
