Recipe: Sauteed Zucchini and Mushrooms in garlic white wine sauce.

I was inspired by Chef Michael Chiarello. Here are the ingredients:

(The Chef adds thyme, I did not add it this time)

olive oil

1 TBSP butter

1TBSP white wine

lemon juice


salt, pepper

garlic, chopped

2 Zucchini, sliced

Mushrooms, sliced

1. in olive oil brown the zucchini, until golden color, then add the mushrooms and the garlic.

2. add butter, wine, juice, salt, pepper, parsley (before serving)

This is it!
