A recipe from Colombia. For this pudding, there is no egg, you bind the pudding with cornstarch.Here are the ingredients:
4 cups milk
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup coconut
1 cinnamon stick
1/2 cup cornstarch
1. In a pot, bring to boil half of the milk with all ingredients except cornstarch, mix well.
2. add cornstarch to the other half of milk and add this slowly to #1 and cook in low heat for about 10 minutes.
3. put this in cocottes or big pirex and let it cool down and place this in the refrigerator.
