There are many ways for this recipe, I learned this from my friend Ursula from Switzerland and this is the way I make every time…
Potatoes (4 to 5 large ones)
1. Cut the potatoes in little cubes, but in cold salted water, then start to boil until cooked.
2. Bring the cream to almost boil, add butter and nutmeg,
3. add potatoes and smash. No additional salt needed.
