Above is my recipe Salsa Bolognese, this is the first step for my Lasagna. I do not always use the traditional pasta, usually pick up “Penne” or “Ziti” pasta…Once your Bolognese is ready…
1. cook any pasta al dente, in garlic, salted water in order to give the pasta some extra flavor.
2. coat pasta in cottage cheese.
3. in a buttered pan, 1 layer pasta, 1 layer Gruyère cheese, 1 layer meet, repeat the layers and on top add Parmesan cheese and some butter flakes on top. Bake it for 30 minutes at 360F/180C
Simple as that!
