Recipe: Spinach, Artichoke Dip

Perfect for special events, best is when it is served warm, close to hot.

1 bag of spinach (10 oz.) cook in water for about 3 minutes.

1/2 TBSP butter

little onion, chopped

1 clove garlic, chopped

1 TBSP flour

3/4 cup milk

little lemon juice, about 1 tsp.

little Worcestershire sauce, about 1 tsp.

1/2 cup parmesan cheese

2 TBSP sour cream

1/2 cup cheddar cheese

1 can of artichoke

1. in butter, caramelize onions, garlic, then add the flour and milk, add then lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, sour cream, the cheeses, spinach and artichoke, mix well and serve with your favorite chips.
