Similar to the American eggnogg, but much creamier. I would like to present this recipe:
5 egg yolks
125 g powdered sugar
200 ml whipped cream
100 ml white rum
2 TBSP vanilla
1. mix egg yolks with sugar for 10 minutes, until creamy.
2. add cream, mix for 7 minutes.
3. add rum, vanilla and mix for a couple of minutes and put this in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
4. mix well with a spoon before serving, of shake it, if you transferred this into a bottle.
For the holiday season or special occasion.
