Very light, easy and healthy. My kids love this. Vegetables need to be crunchy, not too cooked. Fresh and citric. You can use the dressing for any stir fry.
Quantity as desired.
Ponzu sauce (for about 300g vegetables add 1 TBSP of sauce maybe 2, you need to taste how you like, you do not need additional salt. I added some dried Yuzu before serving)
So simple it can be.
