cod fish or your favorite white fish
1 tsp butter
1 tsp olive oil
1/6 cup white wine
2 TBSP Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup almonds, roasted or toasted
1. toast the almonds in a little oil.
2. in butter and olive oil, brown fish and remove.
3. add all liquid ingredients and finally the almonds and parsley.
4. pour this over fish.
So healthy and simple as this.
