Recipe: Roasted artichokes!

This is one of the many dishes I made for Superbowl this year, very easy and healthy. It is from the can though. Half of it I used for a dip, the other half for this recipe:

salt, pepper
olive oil

1. salt, pepper your artichockes, sprinkle with flour and immediately brown in olive oil, like about 2 to 3 minutes or until brown.

So easy and fast! Now you could do this with any vegetables and dip them into your favorite dip sauce.
