Very quick, fresh and easy to fix. This recipe was posted last year on my other blog:
1lb clams (10 pieces)
2 garlic, chopped
1/4 c or less white wine
1. cook pasta al dente.
2. in olive oil, cook garlic then add clams, immediately white wine, about 1/4 cup or less and cover. In about 3 minutes, clams will open, remove those that are open first, then continue cooking, covered.
3. When all clams are opened, then remove all, add the pasta in the pan, mix, salt, pepper, add fresh parsley and the clams, quick. Serve immediately with a little parmesan cheese.
