The fish is actually not grilled on a grill, browned in a pan and added the sauce on top. This is very quick, easy and healthy. The dill brings harmony and a nice flavor to the fish. Do not cook this too long. The point is to brown the fish first, then cook it in low heat, covered for about 1 or 2 minutes, until the fish is cooked inside. The kids loved this.
2TB olive oil
1/2 lemon juice
1/2 tsp. soy sauce
1. salt and pepper the fish, in olive oil, brown the fish for about 2 to 3 minutes in high heat, then turn around. After about 30 seconds, lower the heat to low.
2. in a bowl, mix all ingredients, olive oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, salt, pepper and dill.
3. add #2 to #1, cover and let it cook for about 2 minutes in low heat.
4. ready to serve.
