Recipe: Chicken Schnitzel (Switzerland)

This is a very simple recipe, nothing complicated. For the meat you will need just few things:

1 Chicken breast ( I sliced into slices)

salt, pepper, sweet paprika powder

1/2 cup milk

3/4 cup breadcrumbs

oil

So simple as this:

1. season the meat, then put the meat in milk, immediately in the breadcrumbs.

2. in hot oil, cook one side until brown, turn around, let it brown for about 10 seconds, then lower heat to low, cover and let it cook for about 3 to 4 minutes, until the meat is all the way cooked.

You can use either pork, veal or chicken meat for this recipe.

That’s it. I learned this from a friend in Lausanne, Switzerland.
