Recipe: Cream cheese with onions (Germany)

This is a similar recipe from the store I used to buy from the cheese counter at Multi in Emden, Germany. I believe they added on top of the onions, some chives. I omit this ingredient, because we sometimes have difficulties digesting it. There are three main ingredients in this: Cream cheese, green onions and red onions.

1 package cream cheese

2 green onions

1/4 red onions, chopped

salt, pepper

garlic powder or garlic (I have to be careful with raw garlic with my kids)

1 TBSP olive oil

1/2 TBSP white wine vinegar

1. place cream cheese at room temperature.

2. chop the onions and add this to #1.

3. add all other ingredients and mix.

4. It keeps about 3 days in the refrigerator.

So simple as that.
