A very simple recipe, the combination of the vinegar, mustard acidity and the sweetness of the orange give the spinach a wonderful flavor.
For about 2 cups of fresh spinach
1 TBSP olive oil
1 TBSP white wine vinegar
1 TBSP Worchestershiresauce
1/4 tsp mustard
1 orange, cut in little cubes.
1. combine all ingredients, except the orange and the spinach. mix well.
2. mix the orange and the spinach and add #1, mix well, let it set for about 10 minutes.
