This Peruvian recipe was an adoption from the Chinese cuisine. Stir frying meat and vegetables is typical from Asia. Peru made its own original recipe by adding french fries into the recipe. The main ingredients for the sauce are soy sauce, vinegar, wine and some cumin.
150g to 200g beef, cut in slice
1/4 onion, sliced
1 garlic, chopped
1/2 big tomato, cut in pieces
potato for french fries
egg (optional, for fried egg)
1 TBSP soy sauce
1 TBSP vinegar (red wine, but I used white wine)
2 TBSP red wine
1. marinate meat in soy sauce, red wine and vinegar. Set aside.
2. make your french fries, fresh or frozen, both are ok.
3. in oil, brown meat, then add onions, garlic and tomatoes and all the spices.
4. add french fries.
5. sprinkle with parlsey.
