Recipe: Dill Potatoes (US)

and this recipe is very special for me. I, for the first time, dried my own herbs and MUST admit, it tastes much better, much fresher with your own herbs, than the ones from the market. I am very happy to show you this simple flavor.

Boiled potatoes
Olive oil
Dill
Salt, pepper
That’s it.

1. Once you boiled the potatoes, let them rest, until they cool down.
2. cut in the desired shapes.
3. in olive oil, start to brown one side, about 2 minutes in medium high, then brown the other side, add occasionally more olive oil, then sprinkle with salt, pepper and dill, until all flavors are blended together.

Hope you like.
