Recipe: Pollo a la plancha, grilled chicken (Colombia, Perú, Bolivia)

A very simple recipe, light, healthy and fresh. Many Latin Americans consider this pollo a la plancha, a meal for people who are on a diet or maybe sick…I eat this often, because it is so healthy and good for you!1 chicken breast
2 TBSP olive oil
1/2 lemon juice
herbs ( I took dried dill, homemade)
1 garlic clove, chopped
pepper
salt (at the end, when chicken is already grilled, I didn’t add any salt, you already have the flavor from the herb and the pepper)

1. combine all ingredients, make a dressing and add to the chicken. Let it marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
2. in a pan, no additional oil needed, brown the chicken, both sides, then lower heat, cover and let it cook for 5 to 8 minutes, or until done.
3. Serve with rice and salad.
