You cannot miss this recipe, full of proteins, easy to snack, easy to fix, children and adults love it!
This recipe is classic. My friend Mareike made it so delicious that I went and bought five avocados for this week-end. She served with blue corn chips! Here are the ingredients:
2 avocados
1/2 tomato (Lee’s from Publix)
little cilantro
1/2 lemon juice
salt
little jalapeño, chopped
little red onions, chopped
1. cut tomatoes in cubes, chop the cilantro, jalapeño and the red onion.
2. smash avocados and mix with #1.
3. add lemon juice and salt. Taste.
