It took me about 3 months to challenge this recipe and while I was making them, I thought: “Why did I wait so long to make these. They are so easy to make!”, So yes, it is easy to make AND they are so healthy. It all started at Whole Foods. When you start making connections with the people who work there, they start introducing all the good, healthy products! So this is thank to my friend Milton!
220g pitted dates (I bought a package at Whole Foods, 365 products)
2 TBSP coconut oil
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/2 tsp cocoa powder
1. Mix all products except coconut in a blender, until you have a paste.
2. Form your dates and roll in coconut.
For your invited guests, for your kids and family, this is for everybody who wants to eat healthy snack!
